Rules governing use and fees of clubhouse rental
1. There is no charge for a party or function in which the entire membership may participate.
2. Private Party with only club members as guests (I.e. tennis team party) fee is $25.00 to cover the costs of utilities.
3. Rental fee for clubhouse is $25.00 with a $150.00 returnable deposit.
4. Members must agree to be a guarantor of any party they sponsor to cover the costs of any damage to the club or property of the club.
5. The Activities chairperson (2nd Vice President) will be in charge of scheduling activities in the clubhouse.
6. A written confirmation shall be executed upon rental of the clubhouse. This confirmation outlines the rule concerning the use of the clubhouse and responsibilities that the renter must adhere to.
7. Tennis teams may use the clubhouse during a match without a charge if the clubhouse has not already been rented by a member.
8. After use of the clubhouse the party who scheduled the use of the clubhouse shall have the duty to clean up the clubhouse as provided in the confirmation agreement.
9. Time limit for parties is 12:00 A.M. (midnight)
10. These rules may be amended or changed by the Board of Directors as they deem proper.
